Lata Mangeshkar And Asha Bhosle Congratulate Indian Army For The Successful Surgical Strike

No sooner the news of a surgical strike on Pakistan broke out, the topic began to trend on Twitter. Congratulatory tweets began pouring and the Indians definitely felt the sense of accomplishment on the same. On this occasion, even the Nightingale of India Lata Mangeshkar and her sister Asha Bhosle congratulated the Indian army for the successful operation.

Both took to Twitter and expressed their joy.





Asha Bhosle is currently touring South Africa for her concerts in Durban and Johannesburg onOctober 1 and 2 respectively. She even wished Lataji on Twitter on the occasion of her birthday. Very recently she performed in UK, which was touted to be the last concert of her life in the country. The songstress witnessed an overwhelming sold out concert. She will very soon be teaming up with the famous boy band of 90’s—the Band of Boys. Also joining her will be her grand daughter Zanai.

Meanwhile songstress Lata Mangeshkar had appealed to people on her birthday to not send her birthday greetings and flowers. Instead donate the money for donate generously to the Army Welfare Funds.
